Key Accountabilities
- Implement the operational requirements for Content Review, in line with the overall Content Review strategy, vision and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Content Review team, to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of services to applicants.
- Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head of Content Review, to support with the monthly KPI reports.
- Content Classification and Review Execution
- Review audiovisual content using approved federal classification guidelines.
- Flag content for restricted categories such as hate speech, obscenity, or misinformation.
- Escalate borderline or sensitive content for additional review.
- Record decisions in the content review system with justification.
- Synthetic and AIGenerated Content Identification
- Flag content that includes deepfake, AI-generated voices, or synthetic characters.
