Handle debtors enquiries & take appropriate action to resolve issue.Generate invoices or credit notes to tenants covering rental, water and electricity, hoarding board, promotion space, pushcarts, mall ads, light boxes, late payment interests, etc.In charge of Account Receivable.Ensure all collection to be promptly deposited and accounted for on timely manner.Perform relevant accounts reconciliation to ensure all records are tallied.
