Qualification:

Qualification: Master’s degree in Education, Management, Development Studies, Theology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience in education, non-profits, or faith-based institutions.
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani education system, preferably with experience in the private or NGO sector.
• Demonstrated commitment to Christian values and the mission of PEB.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Reports To: Board of Directors
