Executive Director Human Capital Policy and Programs

Summary The Executive Director, Human Capital Policy & Programs, Human Capital (HC), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) oversee and manages the day-to-day operations of two subordinate Divisions: HC Employee Readiness, and HC Policy & Career Programs which includes Policy & Compensation, Performance & Assessment, Chief Medical Officer, Professional Responsibility, Workforce Programs, Employee Relations. Responsibilities The Executive Director, Human Capital Policy & Programs, reports directly to the Assistant Administrator, Human Capital and ensures that sound human resources policies are established and employed throughout the Agency. The Executive Director provides expert and sound advice and consultation to the Assistant Administrator and Deputy Assistant Administrator for Human Capital as well as other executives within TSA.
