About EY People Advisory Services: At EY, our People Advisory Services (PAS) department, which is part of the Tax & Legal service line, specializes in all aspects of people and talent management. We help clients in designing and implementing an integrated people strategy. We provide advice on a variety of topics ranging from planning development programs and remuneration packages, to efficiently managing global mobility programs and digitizing workflows.
