Job Description
The Executive Director will lead the strategic management, development and optimisation of UCT's extensive and diverse multi-site property and infrastructure portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic management and development of all property and infrastructure functions
- Oversight of capital development projects and property portfolio management
- Management of facilities and custodial services, maintenance, transport, and safety
- Space planning and campus development initiatives
- Identification of opportunities to optimise asset value and support strategic partnerships
- Leadership of precinct development and sustainable revenue diversification
- Ensure physical assets effectively support excellence in teaching, learning, research and innovation
- Lead and transform a large, complex multidisciplinary department through effective organisational and people leadership
