Job title: Executive, Distribution Support
Report to: Lead, Distribution - Agency
Job Summary- Single point of contact for all customer callback – underwriting, claims and general enquiries
- Assist customers with renewals, quotations, or other underwriting functions within authority limits
- Ensure all set targets and KPI are being met regularly
- Reply to email inquiries for motor insurance
- Assist to improve renewal retention via calls, emails, sms and Whatsapp.
- Handle customer callbacks and queries related to their motor policies.
- Administrative work related to renewals.
- Any other tasks assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
- Diploma and above
- Telemarketing or call centre experience preferred
- 1-2 years work experience in insurance industry, in particular motor insurance
