Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Supervise a team of service technicians to attend to distribution network incident
- Manage and facilitate with site officers to resolve network incident
- Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaint.
- Prepare incident reports to management and regulator on voltage dips / supply interruptions
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports for submission to management
- Carry out vehicle maintenance and servicing of company vehicles
- Initiate purchase requestion for tools and other equipment
- Assist Head of Section in maintenance of office facilities
- Plan and arrange training for Electricity Service Centre (ESC) staff
- Perform standby duty after office hours
- Liaise with authorities and government agencies on network incident matters
