- Possess knowledge of environmental design, and green building rating tools (LEED, Green Mark, WELL, Smart Score, True Waste, LEAF, ILFI, etc.).
- Conversant with environmental simulations such as energy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, life cycle carbon analysis.
- Lead projects independently and deliver technical solutions to design and client team.
- Lead pro‑active coordination with internal and external disciplines to achieve a high‑quality consistent set of presentation and design documents.
- Proactively check and coordinate project documents (including but not limited to multi‑disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.).
- Conversant with project’s contractual requirements and deliver high quality deliverables in established schedule.
- Familiarity with local sustainability regulations and codes.
