Role Purpose:
To support efficient export operations through accurate documentation, coordination, SAP updates, and compliance, ensuring timely shipments and realization of export proceeds. Principal Accountabilities:
Maintain accurate and organized records of shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Entry. Support timely execution of export shipments and import clearances through coordination with CHAs, freight forwarders, and internal teamsVerify export and import documentation as per defined checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance.Assist in follow-up for export proceeds realization, including BRC/e-BRC issuance and submission of documents to banks.Manage and track export incentives such as RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, etc. Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs authorities, ...
