You will join the Financial Systems and Services (Statutory Boards) Directorate, which drives the strategic development of Future Finance by managing the consolidation and implementation of Statutory Boards' finance and payroll systems onto Cumulus, a central cloud-based HR, finance and payroll system currently used by 43 Statutory Boards. Job Description: The candidate is responsible for the following: Support Customer Account and Tax operations while driving co-ownership of issues and solutions across Whole-of-Government stakeholders Track and manage requests, ensuring timely follow-ups, issue resolution and efficient processing Coordinate with system integrators and stakeholders on integration, deployment and post-implementation hypercare support, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving agencies' queries.
