Taking Over/Handing over with development groups for Rainforest Wild Africa (RFS) Manage daily horticulture operations, analyze resources to achieve higher efficiency and productivity - provide direction and guidance to the team to achieve quality and timely completion of work tasks Coordinate with workers and stakeholders for day to day need and plan for ad hoc request within the limited time without affecting original maintenance schedule Establishing good rapport with external vendors in ensuring diverse & quality supply of diverse plants & landscape materials Control & enforce departmental policies aligned with organization's vision, mission and values Coordinate with workers for smooth running of new plant nursery & productive in plant propagations for species conservations etc Backup for Assistant Manager role in ensuring business continuity Participate and present proposal/ job completion, initiatives, etc. in management meeting/ site meeting with various departments/ vendors/ c...
