Job Description
This role resides under Marine Services (the Integrated Marine Services arm of MISC Group).
THE JOB
To act as HR Champion/ Ambassador for Marine Services.
To provide efficient and effective HR Partnering & Solutions with expected KPI’s to be mainly in the area of HR Advisory Management, Talent Acquisition & Management, Onboarding/ Offboarding, Performance Management, HR Compliance & Governance as well as other related task/ assignment as assigned from time-to-time.
HR Advisory Management
- To act as HR Champion/ Ambassador by building collaborative and effective HR Partnering with line managers and employees on to guide and address day-to-day HR operations such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding/ Offboarding, Performance Management, Employees Relation/ Welfare, Employees Benefits, etc.
