Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined HR professional to manage payroll, HR administration, and compliance functions in Malaysia. This role requires someone who is structured, accurate, and consistent in executing processes while upholding company policies and standards.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Maintain payroll records and prepare related reports
- Liaise with payroll vendors and ensure timely processing
HR Administration
- Prepare Letters of Appointment and employment documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
- Manage leave administration and attendance records (leave, OT, lateness)
- Maintain employee benefits and medical records
