Job Summary
The Dining Reservations Executive supports a seamless and elevated guest journey across multiple dining concepts within an integrated resort environment. This role manages end-to-end reservations, delivers personalized guest interactions, and drives revenue through effective recommendations and upselling, while ensuring accuracy and service excellence at all touchpoints. The executive will support the F&B operations when required.
Key Responsibilities Reservations & Guest Experience- Manage reservations across multiple dining outlets, ensuring accuracy of guest details and special requests
- Handle enquiries via all channels, i.e. phone, email, and online platforms in a prompt and professional manner
