Job Description
You will be part of the InfoComm Technology Department under the Strategic Planning and Transformation Office.
What you will be working on: Administration- Support planning and coordination of events, meetings and workshops including managing guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking, coordinate guest communications (confirmation emails, reminders, updates), venue setup, equipment, catering, on-site registration, administer post-event feedback surveys, compile and analyse feedback data to identify insights and improvements, maintain event records and documentation for future reference etc
- Keep department organisation chart updated
- Provide secretariat support for meetings
- Track various Polls and Surveys
- Collate responses from parties’ concern, track submission timelines and assist with submissions
