Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and revenue from the allocated data.
Manage data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
Making Outbound Calls, generating leads & nurturing the opportunities generated.
Follow up on leads and close the Renewals.
Work with the business managers and heads to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue/seats goals.
Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in software sales over the phone.
Good Communication and Strong Negotiation Skills.
Should have experience in Existing Customer Handling.
Requires a strong, assertive approach.
Experience in data management and system updates.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM.
Empowered to drive results.
