Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (patients, insurers, brokers and partners)
- Coordinate and manage cases in an efficient and cost effective manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with fellow operations staff and members of the medical team in the coordination of patient care
- Identified as the first point of contact for members, clients and colleagues from other regions.
- Ensure incoming calls and queries are handled in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to commit rotating shifts, including weekends
