Role Overview
The Last Mile Executive will support end-to-end last-mile delivery operations from the Distribution Centre (DC), ensuring timely and efficient order dispatch and delivery coordination. The role focuses on managing rider allocation, monitoring deliveries, coordinating with warehouse and customer support teams, and ensuring smooth execution of daily delivery operations. The position plays a critical role in maintaining delivery timelines, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced D2 C environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily last-mile dispatch operations and ensure timely order allocation, dispatch readiness, and smooth coordination with warehouse teams for order handovers.
Coordinate with delivery executives, gig riders, and 3 PL partners to ensure rider availability, smooth delivery execution, and effective shift-wise manpower management.
