Good at Co-ordination with Shipping line, CHA and Forwarders
Ensure to comply on receipt of Bill of Lading from forwarder/shipping line.
Coordination with Customer service teams for shipment updation to customers.
Pro-active coordination with Shipping Lines, CHA, Forwarders
Good to work alongwith team and should possess qulities of Team Player, Cross functional,
Collaborative, Conflict Resolution, Analytical Skills, Attention to Details.
Problem Solving: Identified root cause of a problem and works with others to permanently fix problems.
Communicating customers for export shipment documents
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stake holder
Responsible for complete export shipment planning process as per incoterms and customer orders – right from cargo readiness to shipment and b/l release - from multiple loading ports in India
