Job Responsibilities:- Engage and consult stakeholders in the development of the initiatives to obtain feedback and garner support.
- Develop financial sustainability plan to support the initiatives, guide budgeting including grant sourcing.
- Provide advice to stakeholders in adoption and implementation of the framework.
- Candidate should possess a tertiary education in any related field.
- Knowledge and/or experience in competency frameworks and succession planning.
