Job Purpose
To develop, enhance, and improve product lines of fertilizer for FGV Fertiliser Sdn Bhd. Technical solution provider to a wide range of customers and after‑sales service.
Key Accountabilities / Individual Accountabilities
- Visiting fields to collect seed, plant, and soil samples and testing samples for nutritional deficiencies, diseases, or other changes.
- Researching, developing, and promoting fertilizer or products that diminish the effects of changes in soil, climate, and weather or prevent damage from pests.
- Market research & identifying new opportunities and tracking them.
- Provide pre‑sales technical support.
- Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting work groups.
- Maintain excellent client relationships with existing and potential clients.
