Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Assist on all matters pertaining to the overall food development process.
- Responsible for office administration and preparing a proper filing of all operations related documents.
- Assist in updating Costing & Product Analysis.
- To write product feedback form and ensure to convey the info to the related department.
- To perform initial product/ingredient sourcing and communicate with suppliers for specifications needed.
- Liaise with related departments regarding Food Development matters.
- To assist in coordinating the New Product Management Committee (NPMC) and ensure the session runs smoothly – NPMC Coordination.
- Organize Sensory Evaluation Sessions according to process flow when required – Sensory Evaluation Result. These include preparing new product tasting for Internal Testing / Top Management.
