Job Responsibilities Role of the Executive is support the CX manager (for assigned event) to enhance and optimize the client's event experience with the Centre. To interpret the needs of the guests, and ensure needs are met with guest satisfaction. To shadow and assist CX managers on high profile or VIP events (events that include repeat clients, big groups occupying more than one floor). To perform administrative support to CX Managers (for assigned event) where requested to for any written correspondence or office tasks that is required. To shadow and assist CX managers between our clients and our internal service providers for all event related matters from the point of contractual agreement to the event's completion.
