Job Description
1. One-to-One Nutrition Consultations (Core Responsibility)
Conduct personalized one-to-one nutrition consultations with clients/customers via calls, video, or chat when they reach out.
Assess individual health goals, lifestyle, dietary patterns, and supplement needs to provide tailored, evidence-based nutrition guidance.
Recommend appropriate nutrition and supplement protocols in alignment with product offerings, scientific evidence, and safety guidelines.
Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups with a consultative, empathetic, and professional approach.
Maintain consultation records, insights, and common concerns to continuously improve consultation quality and customer experience.
2. Expert Community Building
Strategize and curate a monthly content calendar of science-backed, clinically relevant nutrition topics.
