The Executive of Maxis Centre is the store’s second person in command and will be focusing on driving operational excellence to deliver an unmatched customer experience at retail. Manage store performance in terms of creating a conducive customer journey, speedy and effective resolutions, and achieving quality and compliance to standard policies and procedures. To lead, motivate, engage and develop the team to have great service and performance culture. Be a Maxis ambassador who believes that face‑to‑face interactions play an important role in creating memorable moments for customers.
