The Executive Officer will be a valued member of the General Counsel team, providing high level administrative and governance support to the AWH Board and Board Committees. This role works closely with the AWH Board Chairperson and Board Directors to ensure the Board functions efficiently and effectively to meet its fiduciary responsibilities and accountabilities, as outlined by the Minister of Health for the Victorian Department of Health (DoH) and relevant legislation applicable to Victorian Public Health Services.
