Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process Group Health, Group Life Claims and Refund Payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage Inpatient and Out-Patient Health Claims Payments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee Individual Policy Payments, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconcile Management Information Systems (MIS) with the General Ledger, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Implement automation solutions with technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve payment-related issues and improve processes.
- Prepare summaries of policy payments, providing insights to support business decisions.
