Job Description
Our Client is an award-winning Trading company focusing on chemical fertilizers, headquartered in Singapore, with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. They are looking to hire an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day trading operations. Reporting to: Head of Dept (Trading Manager) Responsibilities - Handle export/import documentation such as Letter of Credit (including bank negotiation), Bill of Lading, Insurance Certificates, and Certificate of Origin. - Assist in the preparation, vetting, and signing of sales/purchase contracts and other trade/shipping paperwork. - Coordinate with ship brokers, port inspectors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth vessel loading and discharging. - Track vessel status and ensure shipments comply with contractual delivery schedules. - Perform laytime calculations (Guidance will be provided) - Monitor and follow up on payments wi...
