We are seeking driven and people-oriented
Partner Sales Executive
to grow our fleet by onboarding new driver-partners into our vehicle leasing programmes. The role focuses on driver-partner acquisition, sales conversion, and relationship building, supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of drivers for the Taxi, PHV, and Limousine fleet. This role is responsible for daily sales operations, partner engagement, customer service, and ensuring a high hired-out rate of vehicles. Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Sales Proactively source and acquire new drivers through walk-ins, leads, referrals, outreach activities and ground engagement Understand driver needs and recommend suitable vehicle or leasing solutions Explain leasing packages, rental structures, incentives, and onboarding requirements clearly to prospective drivers Follow up promptly on sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed hirers through effective sales engageme...
