Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking an Associate Consultant / Consultant to work on project teams together with senior executive pay practitioners to deliver Executive Pay and Reward custom solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Associate Consultants / Consultants are expected to work on technical development and proposal of client solutions, and development of internal project plans and execution of approved project plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
- Support projects or work-streams within a complex program and/or support relationship development as part of an account.
- Support resource planning for projects, recognizing when additional resources and/or expertise is needed and managing their involvement in the project.
- Support the design or development of solutions for clients by working as part of a client or opportunity team. <...
