JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible, under the Performance Enablement Section, for leading the performance management function by coordinating the development and ensuring the effective, systematic implementation of the Department’s Strategic Plan, Department Scorecard, and Operational Plan within the Transaction Management (TM) Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Scorecard Management
- Coordinate preparation of the 3-year Strategic Plan for the Department (TM).
- Develop Department Scorecards, KPIs, and Department Plan.
- Coordinate preparation and monitoring of Department Scorecards and action plans.
- Drive initiatives and actions to achieve KPI targets.
- Prepare quarterly “Janji Kami” performance reports.
Reporting & Meetings Coordination
- Coordinate KPI achievement presentation meetings for the Department, Department Scorecard, and “Janji Kami”.
