Job Description
The Executive / Senior Executive – Pricing, Quotation & Tender Support is responsible for supporting the company’s quotation, tender preparation, pricing administration and order acceptance workflow.
The role is suitable for a candidate who appreciates a stable, structured and process-driven working environment, with emphasis on accuracy, follow-through, documentation discipline and timely support to internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure quotations, tender documents and order acceptance requirements are prepared, checked, tracked and completed in accordance with company policies, approval requirements and control standards.
