Job Description
Principal Duties
- Ensure that the company’s 10 Life-Saving Rules, policies, procedures, and HSE KPIs are adhered to and implemented as prescribed.
- Monitor the implementation of the HSE Plan for the group of companies and establish immediate control measures to ensure that programs are executed as planned.
- Ensure that Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) is updated and reviewed in a timely manner.
- Analyze the JHA and categorize hazards according to the Hazard Effect Management Process (HEMP).
- Assist the HSE General Manager in reporting accidents to local authorities and relevant departments such as DOSH, DOE, etc.
- Participate in accident/incident investigations and reporting.
- Update HSE performance statistics on a regular basis (internal and external).
- Monitor UAUC/STOP Card/ACT reporting, analyze findings, and propose corrective actions to address identified issues.
