Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Executive, Real Estate Analytics to support site evaluation, leasing activities, and portfolio tracking across KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in real estate analytics , and who enjoys translating data into practical, on-the-ground insights.
This role is positioned at an Executive level and is best suited for candidates early in their careers.
What You’ll Do Analytics & Reporting (Core Focus)- Support and contribute to site feasibility assessments for new locations
- Prepare and interpret reports, dashboards, and trackers to support decision-making
- Maintain accuracy of leasing, site, and portfolio data
