Roots & Us is a dedicated counselling centre focused on Premarital and Marital Counselling. We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized individual to be the first point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the centre
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Maintain client records and appointment calendars
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the centre
