Insight Global's client is seeking a strategic leader in executive recruitment, responsible for managing a portfolio of complex leadership searches from initial strategy calls through to successful close, spanning multiple business units. Partnering closely with senior leaders, the role translates organizational priorities into tailored executive recruiting strategies. Acting as a consultative talent advisor, the individual provides market intelligence, competitive insights, and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions at the highest levels. A key focus is on developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recrutier, Workday, and other tools to build and maintain robust pipelines of AVP, VP, and SVP+ talent.
