- Systematically identify and plan sales coverage strategies for the assigned customer at the designated territory.
- Ensure effective customer coverage by adhering to the Planned Annual Rate (PAR) through scheduled calls to customers at their offices, work sites, or camps to meet the required minimum call targets across all customer categories.
- Responsible for promoting the SDI Rental, Used, New, SEM and Parts & Services Merchandising Program such as CVA and SOS with the results and recommendations for each program promptly presented to customers.
- To promote all sales, parts and service sales campaign launched by the SDI and ensure all customers are aware and understand the benefits of these campaigns.
- Responsible for following up and updating assigned leads in Saleslink within the required timeframe and managing both leads and opportunities in the pipeline through closure or conversion.
