Be responsible for the effective allocation, management, and optimization of resources within the sales team. This role involves coordinating personnel, tools, and budgetary resources to ensure the sales team is well‑equipped to meet targets and deadlines.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Coordinate the allocation of resources (personnel, tools, and financial assets) to various sales support projects and initiatives. Work closely with sales managers to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources to meet targets. Monitor resource usage and adjust allocations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in planning and forecasting manpower needs based on the sales pipeline, workloads, and projected sales activities.
