Job Summary
- Prepare timely sales report, backorders and sell-out data report.
- Prepare and monitor customers accounts receivables clearance, sales support tools, customers' promotion compliance and on‑shelf availability.
- Support other administrative works when required.
General Responsibilities
- Key person to complete A&P mapping and matching (Advertising & Promotion) in Exceedra system on a daily basis to meet the expectation of AR aging.
- Key person to coordinate and liaise with CAMs, Senior Manager, and IT dept. in addressing any gap in the matter of A&P mapping and matching issues in Exceedra.
- Assist Senior Manager in preparing and compiling the Customers Accounts Receivables report, OSA template, promo compliance and sales bulleting template for CAMs input.
