Prepare timely sales report, backorders and sell-out data report.Prepare and monitor customers accounts receivables clearance, sales support tools, customer's promotion compliance and on shelf availability.Support other administrative works when required. General Responsibilities
Key person to comple A&P mapping and matching (Adversiting & Promotion) in Exceedra system on daily basis to meet the expectation of AR aging. Key person to coordinate and liaise with CAMs/Senior Manager/ IT dept. in addressing any gap in the matter of A&P mappign and matching issues in Exceedra. Assist Senior Manager in preparing and compiling the Customers Accounts Receivables report, OSA template, promo compliance and sales bulleting template for CAMs input.
