Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and format letters, reports, and official documents.
- Maintain filing systems – both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate with other departments and provide administrative assistance.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodations as needed.
- Greet visitors and manage front‑desk responsibilities professionally.
