Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level coordination and administrative support to multiple senior leaders, ensuring priorities, schedules, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Manage complex calendars, organize meetings and leadership sessions, and ensure seamless execution of agendas, logistics, and follow‑ups.
- Handle travel planning, expense administration, and operational tasks in line with company policies and standards.
- Act as a key communication bridge across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely information flow.
- Support events, team initiatives, and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and collaboration.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic, MNC environment.
