Job Role Summary
As the Executive, COC-IOH, you will play a critical role in the 24/7 oversight of integrated operations on Sentosa Island. You are responsible for integrating data across security, transportation, and facilities management to maintain a real-time situational picture. This role requires a blend of high-level project management and ground-level execution. You will support the Manager in end-to-end incident management and must possess the leadership readiness to step into supervisory duties during critical operations or as a designated deputy.
Job Purpose
- Integrated Oversight: Execute 24/7 upkeep and readiness of command centre, monitoring of island operations, ensuring the integrity of operations between transportation, security, and facility systems which impacts the safety and security of all guests, employees, residents and properties (fixed and mobile).
