Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Ÿ Assists in preparing monthly accurate financial statements and closing activities. Ÿ Assists with monthly timesheet management and preparation of schedules. Ÿ Analyzing operational and financial data to build vast databases and prepare reports for management. Ÿ Supporting and preparation of regional group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Ÿ Developing revenue, margin, and cost analysis reports using BI tools like Power BI. Ÿ Prepare and assist in cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance with Global Cost Sharing Agreement, including monthly cost allocation reporting. Ÿ Supports and assists the preparation of monthly management review presentation slides. Ÿ Leverage automation tools (Power Automate) to streamline and improve processes. Ÿ Participate and support in the implementation of new systems e.g., ERP system, Expenses Management System. Ÿ Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
