Job Description
This role is based in NTUC’s Industrial Relations & Analysis Department. You will be part of the research and analysis team which:
- Analyses labour market, economic and industrial relations data;
- Generates actionable insights on patterns, trends, opportunities, and risks impacting Singapore’s workforce;
- Develops data-driven policy recommendations to support business units’ and front-line officers in securing and advancing workers’ interest; and
- Works with tripartite partners on the formulation and implementation of labour policies addressing evolving workforce and industrial relations issues.
