Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Executive /Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to provide maternity cover support for our Talent Acquisition function. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to enhance the hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to senior executive level
- Liaise with tertiary institutions, career offices, and external partners to build internship pipelines
- Coordinate internship programs including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of interns
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Participate at career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events
