Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, training and deployment of ambassadors
- Manage schedules, communications and logistics support
- Conduct random on-site deployment checks
- Collate deployment data and reports
- Review and verify monthly payroll timesheets
- Provide administrative and operational support
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manpower deployment or people management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
- Able to commit for 3 months, including evenings/weekends when required
Duration/Working hours:
3 months contract (Option to extend) Jul 2026 to Sep 2026
Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week.
