Responsibilities Ensures all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are always observed Liaises with the internal department stakeholders as well as sub-contractors both in-house and out of yard Leads and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures Maintains a list of reliable sub-contractors to complement the organization workforce through: Screening and registration of new sub-contractors Revalidation of existing sub-contractors Posts project evaluation of sub-contractors Ensures adequate information/ requirements are supplied for sub-contractors' tenders Prepares commercial terms/ bid analysis and negotiate with sub-contractors, if necessary Ensures the coordination of all sub-contracting work for specific projects are in place Assists Project Management on claims assessment for original/ variation workscope, including compilation and reporting of sub-contract cost Reviews the compiled post project evaluation prior to final evaluation by Su...
