Job Description
- To support on implementation of Outlet Pre-Opening checking for smooth outlet opening.
- To support new outlets opening.
- Ensure outlet front liners’ being trained prior to deployment or launch of new campaign.
- Perform training administration duties and maintain training records.
- Ensure training materials are up to date.
- Liaise with various stakeholders for any training requirements.
- Achieve training KPI in People-development, Customer satisfactions, SOP and company compliances.
- Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under your supervision as per company’s policy.
- Visit stores on an approved scheduled monthly activity plan and implement corrective coaching whenever necessary.
- Prepare weekly or monthly training reports/results of training and submit to Training Manager on a timely basis.
